Operational principle
The SCIENTZ-48L high-throughput tissue grinder adopts the method of high-frequency vertical oscillation, and selects different grinding beads to directly grind samples of different properties in the centrifuge tube. The samples in the grinding tube are ground with grinding beads
The grinding ball collides with each other, and the resulting grinding shear force and impact force completely break the tissue, so as to effectively separate and extract the original DNA and RNA. The instrument is equipped with a refrigeration compressor, which can provide a low temperature treatment during the grinding process
The environment can avoid the influence of heat generated by friction between grinding parts on nucleic acid and protein samples.
