The high-pressure homogenizer launched by our company is a miniaturized desktop biological sample processing device. Equipped with a built-in cooling circulation system, it directly cools the homogenizing head and offers optional homogenizing valves for different applications. It features high pressure, compact size, easy operation, high processing efficiency, and large sample output, making it standard equipment for R&D and production in industries such as bioengineering and biopharmaceuticals.
Working Principle
Materials enter the high-pressure chamber from the material cup via a one-way valve. The sample is pressurized to the adjusted high pressure through the expansion and contraction of the plunger, then instantly released through a specific flow-limiting gap to form a microjet that impacts the impact valve or homogenizing valve. Through the combined effects of cavitation, impact, and shearing, it achieves the purpose of emulsifying, dispersing materials, and crushing cells.
